Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Datyo, an independent SaaS research and creative-intelligence service operated by Arthur M. under the Datyo name.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Using Datyo
You must provide accurate account information, keep your access secure, and use the service only for lawful research and business purposes. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.
You may not disrupt the service, bypass access or quota controls, scrape protected areas, resell access without permission, upload unlawful material, or use Datyo to infringe third-party rights.
2. Research data and saved content
Datyo organizes information from public sources and third-party providers. Traffic, revenue, advertising, technology and trend signals may be estimates, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. They are research aids, not financial, legal or investment advice.
You retain responsibility for notes and other content you save. A team workspace makes its shared Watchlists and Winning File folders available to workspace members according to their role.
3. Plans, billing and quotas
Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe at the price and interval shown during checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal.
Current plan quotas apply to the resources listed on the pricing page. Datyo may refuse requests above those limits. If a subscription is cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
4. Affiliate program
Affiliate links and coupons must not be used for self-referrals, spam, misleading claims or paid-search bidding on Datyo brand terms. Eligible commissions are calculated from qualifying paid invoices under the terms shown in the affiliate dashboard. Fraudulent or reversed payments may void a commission.
5. Availability and changes
Datyo is provided on an as-available basis. Features, public-source coverage and beta tools can change as the product develops. Planned maintenance, provider outages and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page and its date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply from that point.
6. Liability and ending access
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Datyo is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or decisions made from estimated third-party data. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk, unpaid charges or a serious breach of these terms. You can export your account data and request account deletion from Settings.
